Dr. Rodgers
Associate Dentist
We would like to welcome Dr. Roseanne C. Rodgers to the office of Dr. Maser. Dr. Rodgers has been in dentistry for more than 30 years, starting her career as a registered dental hygienist. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Her post graduate training included Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry earning a certificate. She is the previous owner of her own dental practice that was in Pennsylvania. In addition to direct patient care, Dr. Rodgers is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Dental College of GA educating the next generation of dentists. She is dedicated to educating herself by taking numerous continuing education courses and is very passionate about providing patients with the best possible care with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Rodgers is married to Christopher, and they have two sons, Jeff and Craig, who are currently pursuing post graduate education in healthcare professions. We look forward to Dr. Rodgers helping Dr. Maser and our staff serve our patients well.

Office Manager
Yvette grew up in New Jersey, moved to Myrtle Beach in the year 2000, and started a career in the dental field. She enjoys interacting with the patients and helping them feel confident that we will navigate their insurance to maximize their benefits. In her spare time she enjoys movies and dinner with her family.
Whitney
Patient Coordinator
Originally from South Carolina, Whitney is a true native…without the accent. She began working in the dental field in 2006. She loves to interact and build relationships with patients so that they look forward to their next dental appointment! In her spare time she enjoys family adventures and creating memories her children will never forget.
Noutay
Dental Hygienist
Noutay treasures her patients and likes helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle, starting in the mouth. Watching a patient move from poor oral health to having a clean and bright smile, and seeing how that improves their life, is rewarding!
Holding an AS in Liberal Arts Science and a second AS in Dental Hygiene, Noutay started her career in 1997 and joined us in 2022. She focuses on ensuring that patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their appointment. Conducting initial screenings and checking the patient’s oral health history to identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis, usually starts the appointment. Noutay also cleans and provides care that helps to protect teeth, including removing plaque and applying fluoride. She educates her patients on proper teeth care, provides instructions following procedures, and assists the dentists with treatment planning, too.
Family is important to Noutay and she spends as much time as possible with her husband and three children. Being with extended family is important, too: her husband is one of 22 grandchildren and they like being together, especially boating and enjoying the outdoors.

Jessica is originally from Nashville, TN. She graduated summa cum laude from Horry Georgetown Technical College and the Medical University of South Carolina. Jessica loves meeting new people and is eager to help keep their smiles beautiful. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Chelsea was adopted from Russia as an infant and lived in upstate New York until October 2021. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, traveling, and baking. She loves meeting new people and enjoys making others feel more confident while transforming their smiles.
Mallory
Dental Assistant
Originally from Kentucky, she relocated to South Carolina with her family while when she was in high school. She has been in the dental field for seven years! Her favorite thing about her job is changing the dental experience from bad to comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters & husband camping and being outdoors.
